I’ve attempted to order a part for my Yamaha VMAX from this company twice, and both times it was a frustrating experience.The first time, the payment was successfully debited from my account. About a week later, the company canceled the order while it was already in route, returned the part, and issued a refund. I was told I would need to place a new order if I still wanted the part.Since I really needed the part for my VMAX, I went ahead and reordered it. The very next day, they canceled the second order as well.I called customer service, and they said they would look into it and get back to me with a solution. I never heard back from them. Instead, I received an email stating that if I wanted to order the part again, I would have to pay via wire transfer or a verified PayPal account. They would no longer accept debit or credit cards.This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Why a company would suddenly refuse standard credit/debit card payments (which worked initially) and demand wire transfers is beyond me. It raises serious red flags about reliability and professionalism.I won’t be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for parts. Save yourself the headache and potential wasted time.
