Finally I odered a few lose screws that I needed. Several times I had to go back and adjust mber of screws I wanted at checkout. Despite only wanted 1 , I guess the default was 5. No biggie.Checkout about $11 plus $8 shipping yikes!Oh well. Because I went back and forth more than 4 times to adjust the amount of screws that I wanted I rushed the checkout and messed up the address.My bad. Well. I texted emailed and called right away. And I mean right away.I was told that my order had already shipped?!?! And that i was not allowed to make changes so though luck.If my order is ever returned. We all know how that goes .. I would get a refund . Yea right!Enjoy my 20 bucks. Never getting another penny out of me . Not saying you needed.Just can't understand how can you tell me it shipped right away and I get an email 6hrs later saying ...your order has been shipped.So what was it?Pure laziness and taking the customer for granted .
