I haven’t had a good experience with Pasar Mart. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and there is always something missing from my order or the wrong item shipped. The reason was “item is not in stock” and yet the seller never communicate this to me before delivery, expecting me to constantly reach out and query the missing items or for a refund. It feels like I am constantly getting scammed, even though the seller tried to appease me by giving me a gift card, they still send out the following parcel with the missing order. It’s not hard to cancel and refund any out-of-stock items BEFORE delivery. I’ve mentioned this to the seller before, and yet the same thing happened on repeat. Maybe other customers are lucky enough to get the right order all the time, but in my experience, this business has been unreliable and dishonest. Two stars, only because I miss Malaysian snacks and their snacks are very original, and tasty, and the seller gave me a gift card as an “apology”. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. I would have loved to be your loyal customer but after several bad experiences, you’ve lost a customer.
