Easily 5-stars for Josh and his team. I had a last-minute exchange and completion and needed a team quickly. I spoke to Josh on the Monday, and we moved on the Thursday. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering some other firms were clearly quoting me a premium due to me being a bit suck. In terms of the experience - the team were superb! After a difficult and long sales process, I was anxious about the move and Josh's responsiveness and availaibility was exceptionally reassuring. The team came early (which was fine by me), got started at 7.30am and were packed up well in time. The team were great, and actually a good laugh to be around. Not a single gurmble, even when I had a flat trye mid-move and we didnt get keys to the new place until 4pm. They got me in, rebuilt my furniture and left me settled and ready to unpack with zero stress. I'd highly recommend Josh & team and will definitely use them again.
