Looking at an exam, the preview 5 mock question had both the answers and an explanation, but the paid-for version only had answers without any explanation - so I couldn't actually learn the content. I emailed to point this out but was meant with silence.My credit card supplier gave me an immediate refund without even waiting for Pass4Success to discuss it - indicating that this is probably a known issue with them, as I've never had that before!
