Have been a customer for years so can confirm that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an order significantly delayed. However this is the first time it’s taken weeks to even get an automated reply from Passion Planner. Nothing personalized as of yet and based on other reviews and Instagram comments I suspect I will never see my order or my money. Ordered 27 November 2023, shipping label created 28 November, promised December 21 in a general email that it would be on the move that week… still nothing, no response to multiple emails, no refund in spite of it being offered & my emailing to request this. Beyond disappointed and frustrated- particularly since their continued promises of doing better kept getting my hopes up only to see them dashed. Not the way I wanted to start 2024.
