I purchased a fold up settlement bag at the show and when I got it home does it was faulty and I contacted the company straightaway they refused to help me and six months later I have checked the bag everywhere but there are no zips available at that size she would not replace it our exchange it despite the fact that tides spent £50 which is a substantial amount on the day. I've been totally ignored and dismissed she refused to even acknowledge anything to do with it and I've been left with a faulty bag for the last six months which I have shown people alongside the label that is still attached to it I think I could have been treated a lot better. The lady knew I had an assistant struck and that my son needed this item but I don't believe she truly cares for dogs our people at all she truly was rude ignorant and dismissive. Would not recommend at all.
