I’ve placed two orders with this company, and both were processed similarly. About a week after ordering, I received a shipping notice, but later learned that no shipment had actually occurred. It took two and a half weeks to receive my first order, and my second order hasn't shipped yet. I understand that shipping takes time, but this is longer than the estimated ten days. The products are well made, but they need to be more transparent about delivery times.
