Ordered a stair stepper 8+weeks ago contacted them recently twice so far to see where it is and asking for delivery , PATAMINI wouldn’t give me any details of shipping and now saying it has been delivered. Well not to me it hasn’t. Isn’t the norm a photograph of delivery? Wouldn’t mind seeing that imaginary photo. Will be contacting consumer affairs tomorrow!!!Update,still haven’t received item. Spoke with consumer affairs on the 2 sep 2025 at length whilst they did some research. Was told to contact fraud department at bank. The bank cancelled my card and then started a funds reversal.
