PATCHED is a total SCAM. First, the advertising is false and not only used online but is used and thrown into their emails and texts as I we were trying to get a full refund, as the advertising states. Customer Service told me that the refund is only after 30 days and it’s not 100%. I heard this at least 25 times. Patched Customer Service said it was my fault that I wasn’t loosing weight and therefore there would not be a very good refund. Either a 30% or nothing. They said I could only get refunds for products I hadn’t used. Anyway, it is a joke!!! This is nothing at all like the refund advertising stated. I had been using the patches for many weeks after a month had gone by, with no positive weight loss. I requested a full refund. They refused and said that I needed to use the patches for a minimum of 30 days before I could request a refund. This was totally against what they told me in the 15-20 prior emails and texts. But, I decided to continue using the patches and of course nothing happened. At the end of 48 days I requested a FULL refund, per their refund policy - just trying to push them. I have at least 30 emails and 20 text exchanges with Customer Service Representatives in their customer service department as they kept trying to convince me to take the refund at 30% and then 50%. But, they wanted me to try another 30 days before figuring out the refund. I declined and told them that they either refunded 100% today or I would be hanging up and reporting them to my credit card company and getting a full refund from them, from you. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THEM A SHOT WHICH I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, then I would Recommend being ready to work with your CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get your REFUND. The biggest, best, most powerful RECOMMENDATION that I can give to everyone, IS: DO NOT START WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY (PATCHED) IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Stay as FAR AWAY as POSSIBLE.
