I expected to pay 14% of my salary for one year, but I later discovered that my agreement extends to 36 months, and I still have 28 months remaining—something that was not clearly explained upfront.A quick Google search on Pathrise still states, "The exact percentage you pay will be determined based on your individual circumstances during the application process, usually ranging from 7-14% of your first year's salary." with no mention of a 36-month commitment. I take responsibility for not reviewing the contract more closely, but this should have been made clear from the start. I also noticed that the onboarding manager I worked with is no longer there, which raises additional concerns. It’s disappointing to feel misled, and I hope Pathrise improves transparency for future applicants.
