I paid for the service for a year, then about 3 months in, I decided to cancel the subscription due to :1) Followers not being from my geographic region 2)Followers from my geographic region not being available as a choice in settings.3) Followers were not real people4) No engagement from followersI cancelled the subscription easily with Pathsocial’s help via email. I did not even attempt to request a refund for the rest of the year that was paid up front. Then, I noticed that my business’s paid for Path social followers began to unfollow which led to the business losing about 1000 followers over a short period of time. This obviously hurt the business’s image on IG. I was surprised because I imagined the already paid for followers prior to cancellation would not be removed. Anyway, it was an unfortunate experience.
