Horrible experience. I tried to enroll on their webpage and it loads back to same page with no option to enroll. Then I call the number and no one picked up and ended up living a message. I get a text message with a same stupid link to enroll and that doesn’t work. I get a call back after 6 hours and I am told Emory doesn’t provide the training anymore. It is now Texas A&M. I was told a link for enrollment and a coupon code will be emailed to me right after our call. Nah, no email. At late night I checked my email and there is an email with marketing stuff but no enrollment option. Worst customer service ever. I won’t spend my money trusting the site and expect a better support from them going forward. Be careful before spending a dime with this company.After getting frustrated I started discussing the matter with fellow Technical folks. They suggested me to check out Udemy.com. Man, aren’t I so glad to listen to my buddies. $30 for the course with 254 videos and 100s of practice question and up to date material for 2022, a whole lot of hands on lab for free. I went ahead and finally enroll my wife in the Udemy program for Salesforce Admin Cert course. And she doesn’t have any technical background what do ever, Udemy course starts from the basics and dig deep gradually. Thank you Udemy for saving my time and a lots of money to achieve my goal.
