Both, Direct Digital, and Multimedia Int. Services Ltd and also trading as The Community Network or Patient Services UK . Very bad experience here, like many other ppl. Thinking back. I could cry ! Never again. Trying extorting money not owed. Harassment it is. Appalling.Have nothing to do with them. Also true, they try to stop bad reviews, that are truth.Convicted / fined $230,000 in Australia for this very "unconscionable conduct" and questionable trading standards / contract, following numerous customer complaints.
