Damaged by light winds and cannot get hold of the company by phone or email3/31. After seeing this review they had reached out to me by email. They asked me to remove this review. Multiple times I requested a valid phone number to no avail. They stated in an email that I would receive a full credit back. Awesome, but To-date, there is no pending credit to my account per my credit card. I’m very frustrated with this whole ordeal and will follow up with any good news if I have any future positive feedback.
