I am very disappointed with Patioproductsusa. I order a Galtech umbrella in March 2021. When it was delivered both boxes were severely damaged and the umbrella components were broken. I refused the order and requested a replacement. A few weeks later the replacement umbrella arrived. This time only one box arrived. The was also severally damaged and the umbrella was broken (it wasn't even the entire product; it appeared that sent one of the originally damage components back to me)! I refused this broken and incomplete order and demanded a refund. Patioproductsusa chose to charge me a $625.05 restocking fee! How can you restock a broken item? I reviewed their website and did not see information on them charging a restocking fee. I demanded to speak with a manager who was supposed to call be back in 2 hours. Several days have passed and I have not received a call. Patioproductsusa has horrible customer service and they are dishonest. I have NO umbrella and have lost $625.05! This is very unfair and I will never use this sham company again. I need for them to refund the entire purchase price, $1346.96.
