First of all they blocked my account with out any solid reason secondly my one order was in transit when they blocked my account and that order could not reach me after the order is confirmed and reached to the customer they email me that ur order has encountered a problem and it could not reach so u will get ur money back . They ask me to send them my bank account details i have send them my details i place order on 2 nov 2024 and on 11 nov i gave them my bank details after so many reminders they said that my card is not affiliated with to my account but that was excuse they dont have any thing to do with credit card still i provide them with new bank account details and now from last one month i m sending them reminders but there payment team is too much slow and they do not give any solid reason of delaying my payment ..i have even ask them to refund in my wallet and unblock my account for making order but they did not agreed as i paid it through wallet i have ask them many time to give me a specific time frame ibut they have no answer they just say we are waiting our higher team to give feedback back after that ur refund will be issues seriously i am surprised how can such a big brand do such little cheap things and make customer irritate they dont have any time frame of resolving issue … when ever u reach thier customer service they dont have any solid answer just says we are waiting for the feed back such a lazy team ..you should higher some vigilant and active staff to respond fast when we purchase some thing do u wait a month to give u payment but when u have to refund u take months to reply
