Patreon’s support team does not listen to creators instead, they send the same copy-paste replies over and over. That behavior alone says a lot about how little care they give to the people building on their platform.In my case, my account was shut down without any meaningful explanation. I appealed and even provided suggestions from a creator’s perspective on how this could have been handled fairly. But every time I reached out, I was met with the exact same generic response, with no one actually addressing my points.I even tried submitting requests through different categories just to reach a human who might read my words. Still, all I got was automated or scripted replies, and never a real discussion.Creators spend months building their communities and trusting Patreon as their home, only to be treated like they don’t matter. If this is how Patreon continues to handle support, they will keep losing creators one by one.Patreon must do better: listen to creators, provide real answers, and handle cases with care instead of hiding behind scripts. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values fairness or genuine support.
