One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was unable to subscribe due to an internal error. Reached out to customer service expecting it to be an easy fix. Went back and forth receiving half baked AI answers from someone supposed to be a human. it then went quiet. No response for over a month, luckily I had already made new account and resubscribed.Are the people in charge of these companies all clowns? It seems like the world is becoming more and more lazy. Is it much to ask to be genuinely listened to. At the end of the day I’m trying to give Patreon money and they won’t take it, if they don’t take that seriously it sums it all up. I’ll have 50 accounts at this rate.
