Patreon has been charging fees on an account I haven’t been able to access for over a year. I contacted their support team four times to cancel my account and subscription, but each time I was caught in a loop, repeatedly asked for my bank details, which I have provided multiple times.Each new customer service representative asked the same questions, despite the supposed 2–3 day response time. After more than three to four months, I still received no resolution—only automated replies. It feels like they were making money from this loop rather than addressing the issue. This level of service is completely unacceptable. They should be banned.
