The first email I got in response to my problem was flagged as a phishing trap because of the incredibly specific and personal details required to verify my account. So I tried again and got another email with the same questions worded slightly differently as to not be flagged again.Responses come once a day, between 3-7 am, and even if I replied immediately, I still wouldn't get another one for another 24ish hours. None of my questions were answered about the security information required to verify my account. I just got a paragraphed apology, summarizing exactly what I asked. So I googled a bunch and was able to verify HIS email as legit, after 3 days. It's taken over a week since I contacted them the second time and I'm still not back into my account to watch the content I PAY FOR because, guess what? They're closed on weekends. So I have to wait until Monday, hopefully, to receive a final reply telling me my email has been updated. I'm not expecting that though. I'm expecting another tired apology about all my complaints without answering any of them and a few more steps until I have access again. When literally any other company, my issue would've been resolved in a few minutes with a phone call or online chat. It's been over a week. They do not care about you or your problems with their shitty company. They don't service customers. At all.
