If you have problems regarding confiscating money although you cancelled their subscription - the support needs more than a week to answer! This wasn’t an exception but was happening regulary! If you cancel a paid subscription - they do not (!!!) sent you a confirmation email that it worked or didn’t work. You will get just nothing. Every a free email subscription can do that. Patreon can‘t. And it doesn’t make it better if every very late email starts with an excuse. Hire more people if you cannot answer the support mails in time! Or even better: improve you shitty workflow and make it clear (yes, via email as well!) that the cancelled subscription did work. You don’t even deserve one star.
