Was getting double charged. No way of contacting support. There is no support team for a company this large that is processing this many monthly transactions and payments. Absolutely absurd business. Will not be using Patreon ever again. When asking how to contact support, you get a page that is a wall of text that basically leads to, "Ask us on Twitter except we can't actually help with anything important that you'd be contacting support about." Essentially telling their most loyal customers to F off. I'm done with this phony company. Also, some of the policy changes they've made have limited creators and I will find other ways to support the ones I care about.
