PATREON STEALS CREATORS INCOME WITH MISSING PAYOUTS AND NON EXISTENT SUPPORTThe biggest reason they are getting 2 stars is because of how horrible and non existent the support team is. If you are handling peoples INCOMES then you better have a QUICK and RESPONSIVE support team in place who can handle issues in a timely manner. I am missing 2 payouts that are almost $300 (a big chunk of change and the money I need for my current bills) that show pay out successful but never hit my PayPal account. I have submitted 2 support tickets for this URGENT matter in the past 5 days and not a single response. I don’t care if you work based off of a “queue”, if you’re handling creators INCOMES then you need a better system in place, especially a call center. The lack of regard and care towards the handling of people’s NEEDED income has changed my mind about this god awful platform and it’s time I switch and stop spending money on a company that doesn’t give 2 craps about their creators, they only care about stealing their creators money
