I tried a service there, but unfortunately they didn't deliver. I asked for a refund, and it took them 3(!) weeks to send me a generic message that they cannot process it, while clearly the promise of the service was not met. Not one ounce of sympathy or empathy, or "we will look into it". Just "according to our Refund Policy we cannot refund", while clearly the service that was promoted (for a lot of money), did not deliver. Shame on you. I have been a creator, and a patron, but will stop all business with them. Please never do business with them.
