I'm absolutely appalled with this company. For over a year I was paying €14.76 for a membership to a patreon page and all of a sudden I stopped being able to access the account. Even though I still get emails from the creator and have access to the private page on Facebook that you only have access to when you are a paying member patreon tell me they can't find record of my account. I sent them a bank statement over a months ago as proof I am being charged by them and after having consistent communication with the support team it appears they do not know what to do so they are ghosting me. I am so disappointed in this treatment as I loved using the service until this.
