I was emailed by Magda, a member of the Patreon Trust and Safety Team, in regards to making changes on my account. I'm unsure if the members are giving a template to use but the emails I received were very rude. I was asked if I had any questions which I did. I asked these questions and I never received the answers from Magda who dismissed my concerns. I attempted to ask twice more and 2 months later I still didn't have my questions answered. Not impressed by the lack of support of Magda. Please review the way the support team word their concerns as the emails I received were rude.
