I've been waiting for almost a month now for my payout from Patreon. I've emailed them relentlessly for days, and although I've explained that the delay is causing financial hardship, there's no urgency to address the situation. In fact, since trying to convey how desperate my situation is, they've responded LESS. Their payment system is woefully inefficient and their customer service is even worse. When I asked where my money was, they gave me the wrong phone number to reach the company they claimed had it.If you're an artist looking to crowdfund your career, you're better off just using PayPal or something. As soon as I can, I'm leaving this platform.
