Seems to me like you guys have taken a good core philosophy - supporting creators - and turned it into scummy business. Why is there no option to turn off billing? Why can't I donate/subscribe for a single month? Why are there no payment reminders? And why can't I cancel my account after I'm done supporting a creator, instead of waiting an arbitrary period? Eventually, I hope, you'll learn that customer satisfaction translates to sales, until then, au revoir.
