I thought I might be alone on this one. Clearly I'm not. My issue is a simple one really. Two Factor authentication. Lost the auth app on my phone. Other businesses were able to resolve the issue in minutes. Provided my email, provided past transaction emails, etc. I've not gotten a response at this point. I don't care to be honest as I will never use them in the future but I did want to keep the option open. Requested help on discord from the community and pretty much this is how this "service" operates. That said, it is time to expose whats going on here.
