By their own admission, Patreon billed me 250 euros more than they were supposed to yet sent me to the content creator for a refund, who obliged, sending the money to Patreon to return to me and THEN Patreon kept it and ghosted me. It was some luck that I took a screenshot of the page confirming they were supposed to bill me just 80 because I could not find that page again. I didn’t the money back though. It’s been six weeks since they wrongfully took my money.
