Yippie :) I got a refund from them after I was charged for a monthly renewal to a creator. As it was my first time using patreon I didn't know it was an auto-renewal and because the creator is inactive, I kinda panicked with no way to ask them for a refund personally. But, I contacted patreon and they issued me a refund, which was really, extremely generous and kind because they really didn't have to. Thank you so much!
