I decided to give this site a try and, within three days, started browsing these reviews and... wow, my experience proves these lousy reviews to be spot on accurate. Obviously, the site has enjoyed success in the past and now relies on its reputation to carry it the rest of the way. But, at this point in time, it sucks. It's like the people who run it decided to go hit the beach and hope for the best. The company refers to its customer service department as the "customer happiness community" and, just by seeing these reviews, we know that's a joke. I can confirm that with my personal experience by stating that I contacted the "happiness" crew twice for assistance and never received a response. Links in the menu were not functioning. No remedy offered. Don't waste your time. Pretty soon, maybe that one star will fade to zero : )
