Truly the worst customer service on the planet. I got scammed by technical issues after cancelling a subscription before renewal date. Patreon still charged me and their awful response was not helping. When I finally got a mail from support, they said that the issue could not be resolved by them. Litterally they said that problems on their platfrom is not their problems. Actually braindead people working there. When I further tried to explain to support, ther responses looked like automatically generated responses. The mails I recieved only contained unuseful information and was accusing me of being in fault. Later that year, patreon banned my account for suspicious activity for no reason at all. To prevent my account from being removed, patreon asked me for my credit card information, all my emails, my adress, the country I live in, my name etc... What the hell! Never give patreon any of your credit card information, they are actually scamming people.
