Had my account randomly disabled. I thought oh well, but kept getting charged afterwards. Customer service just sent me robotic form letters demanding a ton of personal information in order to unban my account. I demanded a refund only to get another email telling me my account was marked for deletion a day later. No actual response from a human. Thankfully I kept all the emails, took screenshots, and had undeniable proof I tried and customer service was useless. All charges were reversed after my disputes, which I guess doesn't happen for most people. I still can't believe this company expects you to basically dox yourself to get something you already paid for. I guess they're just accustomed to people giving up or having the dispute process work in their favor. Never again for me, but there are other ways. Don't give up.
