I have contacted Patreon on the 'Send us a note' form, as is repeatedly advised in this review portal, however I have not had a response in almost a week. My hubby did legitimately want to follow 'Free Range Sailing', and signed up, but recently hasn't been able to access their content through our account? We want to discontinue the support, however the Patreon account says we're not supporting anyone, so we can't cancel the charge that keeps coming out each month. I'm sure there's some answer, but Patreon, you MUST have a quicker response time to these worrying issues. Will go to my bank if no action from Patreon in 24 hrs, and report this.
