I subscribed to a benefit for a game server (The Hideout Dayz) and was charged on the 25th of august and then AGAIN on 1st of September. I was very confused how I could go ONLY 6 days to then be charged AGAIN for the same service. By the way this was clearly advertised as being a service that costs 15 dollars PER month on patrons website. After some research, I learned about how patron actually works. I guess patron gets away with false advertisement? **By the way, If there are any lawyers out there looking to start a class action lawsuit, I am giving you my FULL permission to contact me.**At this point, I went to the game server directly and they basically told me to go "F" myself and that I was basically an idiot for not knowing how a Patreon works and would not give me the refund for the second charge and ended up BANNING me from all their game servers and game servers connected to them. (This could easily be fixed if patron just tells their sellers that they must offer services for 30 days after a purchase despite refunds for payments on the first, if services are advertised as monthly.)So now I'm out my product AND my money (2 PAYMENTS!!!!!!!!!) and so far no response from Patron. WORST payment service I've ever dealt with. WORST customer support I've ever witnessed in the history of online services. This is the digital age, things like this should never be this barbaric.
