However if Patreon cancels your account they have initiated withdrawal from the agreement you signed (by using their service) and they have no rights to use or store your material. When they cancel your account simply send a reply to them in the language of a cease and desist order from using images or likeness of your copyrighted works unless they choose to pay royalties and give them an amount they must pay for usage. They will erase all data since you are giving them the option to use it with royalties paid to you the courts will state fair usage laws instead of their agreement which they have withdrawn from if they cancel your account.Always pay through paypal to them.
