Even though many people use this service, their website is incredibly bugged and charged me for something I didn't even pledge to. I have contacted them multiple times and only got a response once telling me to solve it through paypal.To paypal it looks like the transaction is authorized and they cannot help me, the creator that my money supposedly went to is not responsible, and patreon is unwilling to help or even reply at all.All customer support emails are automated, and if you happen to get in contact with someone they don't even read what you wrote, it's either your fault, paypal or the creator. Their customer support is a joke, this site is an absolute scam, don't think because it has many users that it's a trustworthy site in any way. And I have a feeling these "bugs" are intentional looking at the massive amounts of negative reviews here.Edit:"Our team will reach back and work with you to investigate this further.
