I wish I could give it no stars. Basically I'm a UK creator and my UK patron signed up in the 1st of the month in our country after deleting a pledge on the 28th of the previous month. Instead they upgraded my patron's pledge from the previous month and then charged him for the current month on the same day at the same time, all because my patron pledged on the 1st of the month OUR time, not their time. Even though all of our payment history says 1st of the month. And to make matters worse, the double payment NEVER came to me, so my patron was double charged, I received one payment, I'm being asked for a refund money I didn't get after providing all the benefits of the month and it happened again in the past 24 hours, I received a new pledge yesterday and it still hasn't shown up in my available balance, yet it says I've earned it. They are literally forcing me to give my content away for free and refund money from my own pocket, they are making me pay people to view my content essentially. This company is a disgrace, their response team says "it is a headache for patrons and creators" - regarding the hidden timezone problem, and "the engineering team are looking in to this bug" - regarding it showing I've earned much more than I'm able to withdraw. Their response team said finally they, "wish they could have been more help."UK patrons beware, signing up on the first of the month in your own timezone could get you double charged, they don't state what timezone they're in so pick one and good luck to you.Personally I'm leaving the website, how can I be a UK creator and have my UK Patrons double charged every first of the month sign up?
