I spent 11k for what was represented as a “Done for You” program meaning you job search was fully supported by them. This is only part true as I discovered yesterday when I supplied a list of companies for which I wanted them to apply to on my behalf. Turns out they will only do that if you access their difficult to navigate platform and enter every job yourself. In addition, they make it very hard to get an answer to quick question'as they don’t supply a phone number, you have to hunt the web to find it. Yesterday when I expressed my frustration, I didn’t receive support, just a boatload of mansplaining.
