Purchased and ebike last month from Paul’s cycles, bike was sold at a very competitive price and delivered quickly.I had trouble with the sram wireless derailleur not working properly on the bike straight out of the box, when I contacted Paul’s the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and advised me to go to a local bike shop for an assessment as I live too far away to take the bike back to their store. The derailleur was faulty and needed replaced on srams warranty, there was a small cost occurred from this work and the warranty claim procedure which I was refunded by Paul’s without hesitation. All in all I would confidently buy again from this site and recommend others to do so also.
