I pre-booked and obtained the queue assist pass prior to visiting the park due to having an autistic 5 year old son. My experience was profoundly disappointing, the queue assist pass only entitles you to go on a ride once, also between each ride there has to be a 30 minute wait time before the queue assist can be used again. Part of autism is a child not understanding a queuing system hence we obtained the pass but found we had to wait in the park as opposed to in a queue! Clearly whoever implemented these rules does not understand the difficulties an autistic child experiences. We did a 246 mile round trip, to go on 3 rides. Therefore collectively as a family decided it was too distressing for my son and left the park. I would certainly not recommend any family with an autistic child relying on the queue assist pass for an enjoyable day. Extremely disappointing, would not return.
