Really disappointed by the service from staff in Pavers at the Ashford outlet. I was overcharged for a pair of boots during the black friday event. When mentioning this to the sales person, I was told it was my misunderstanding of the signage. I accepted this and paid the higher price. Once the boots had been taken out of the protective spray machine, the price label on the boots was visible with the deal price I had spotted. Pointed this out to the cashier who then agreed to refund the difference. Great. However she then said we would need to wait until she had served the queue of people behind us and made us wait an exceptionally long time for the refund for something that was store error. Finally, the transaction was apparently processed, however the printer in store was not working and all receipts were email only. I received the original receipt for the higher price immediately. 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for the receipt for the credit to be emailed and the credit to show in my bank account. I think its obvious I won't get the credit owed!
