Visited the Hornsea garden centre store Sunday 23/11/25 and the two ladies who "assisted" us were extremely snooty and rude. They had an incorrect label on a pair of boots, so my mum was overcharged, when she politely pointed this out, they were insisting that, even though the label stated a lower price, the system is not wrong, so that is the correct price. No apology, no kindness. My Mum left it but I feel so disappointed in how they spoke and behaved towards my mum. She spent £94 in there yesterday and is a regular, yet this incident has made it so she will not visit again.
