Ordered slippers a week ago. Have heard nothing and slippers not arrived in store. Too late now for birthday gift so will have to return when they eventually arrive. Disappointed. Edit *** apparently I received an email on 22 November, however I can confirm no email has been received in inbox, junk or deleted. It took this review for me to receive a notification of my order.
