Visited pavers in Norwich on 21st November lady was very helpful cos I wasn't sure of size shoe I needed I went away with them n the following day I was going to Christmas party n shoes felt to tight. Made journey back the following day to try the next size, the shop was very busy n she made time to help even though she was rushed off her feet. Very easy to just exchange.
