I encountered an issue with my initial order, as the shoes were too small and tight despite ordering my usual size. Like many companies now, I was unsure how to return them since I can't use the 'Scan QR Code' option and had never seen Return Lockers before. I'm accustomed to a standard Returns Label that I can affix to the parcel and take to the post office. Fortunately, my daughter helped me navigate the return process. I called the support team directly and spoke with a wonderfully helpful representative who reordered a size 6 for me and arranged a refund for the original shoes. I can't recall her name, but she was incredibly supportive, and I truly appreciated her assistance. Thank you very much! P.S.: The new shoes fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable.
