I love the choice at the Pavers Malvern store and today I visited to return a pair of ankle boots that had a fault with the uppers. I would have liked a replacement pair of the same boots and the sales assistant tried to locate a pair online. When that wasn't possible he offered a refund but also showed me several pairs of alternative boots. He was incredibly helpful and patient while I deliberated and tried boots on and offered useful information about the materials and tips on care. In addition, he gave me a complimentary discount voucher. I was very impressed by such great service and came away with not just an exchange pair but also a new purchase. I didn't note the young man's name but my receipt ref is 347/01/101383 so I hope Pavers can recognise and thank him for providing great service, it was very much appreciated.
