Ordered a pair of Barbour short wellies because they had a zip at the back which I need since having back surgery. On arrival it turns out the zips were decorative. I rang Pavers, they apologised & said they would change the description so that in future customers would know the zips were for decoration only. I was told I should return the boots & once I had my received my conformation email from EVRI contact them again & they would authorise my refund. I did that & was told that no, a refund would take 14 days! I've never had to wait 14 days for a refund, basically Pavers are holding onto my money for as long as they possibly can!
